We will respond to your request as soon as possible. Please be patient if you do not receive an immediate reply. Our Analysts are focused on the assessment and removal of child sexual abuse imagery and so, sometimes, responses may take longer than we would ideally like. 

Although we aim to respond to every query about a report to the IWF, we reserve the right to refuse feedback if the feedback process is abused.
