Children: Sexual Exploitation

Lord Hylton: To ask Her Majesty's Government when they will ratify the Council of Europe Convention on the Protection of Children against Sexual Exploitation and Abuse. [HL7819]

The Minister of State, Home Office, Baroness Neville-Jones: Child sexual exploitation is an appalling crime. It is a form of child sexual abuse and tackling it is an absolute priority for the Government.
