Internet: Safety
Jim Cunningham MP: To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what steps the Government has taken to improve internet safety. [234891]
Phil Woolas MP, Minister of State for borders and immigration: The Prime Minister commissioned an independent review of the risks children face when using the internet and video games. This review ‘Safer Children in a Digital World’ was carried out by Dr. Tanya Byron and published in March 2008. The Government accepted all of the recommendations made in full.
