Vernon Coaker MP, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Crime Reduction, Home Office: The Home Office fully supports the work of Safer Internet Day, part of the EU’s Safer Internet Plus programme. Since the creation of the child exploitation online protection centre (CEOP), they have co-ordinated awareness raising among children and parents on staying safe online. CEOP is UK awareness node for the EU’s Safer Internet Plus programme.
