Benefits and Subscriptions

Being a member of the IWF offers many benefits including practical evidence of Corporate Social Responsibility - enhanced company reputation for consumers and improved brand perception, recognition in the online and digital industries and access to our child sexual abuse url list.

This section offers an overview of the advantages of being a Full and Associate member.

To see the definition of Full and Associate members click here.

The benefits for each type of member will differ from company to company.

The overview demonstrates the benefits gained in many different areas in-house and externally, such as:

There are three entry levels:

£20,000+
Subscribers in this band are main ISP's, mobile operators, search providers and major content providers who have significant responsibilities in content management.

£5,000 - £20,000 for medium sized companies.
Subscribers in this band are entitled to many benefits including access to the child sexual abuse URL List providing they have the ability to provide blocking services at a network level or filtering services to the education sector and consumers.

£1,000 - £5,000 for very small companies.
Access to the child sexual abuse URL List would not usually apply to this category of subscriber but the IWF Board would not deny access to the List to any UK ISP who is defined by the UK Government as providing residential broadband access if the cost of subscription was perceived to be a barrier to deploying the List.
