Financial interests – Board declarations
New Board members shall be required to notify the Chief Executive within one month of appointment of any financial interests that could reasonably be regarded as relevant to the work of IWF. Board members have declared the following:

Emma Ascroft is Head of Public & Social Policy at Yahoo! UK & Ireland
Mark Gracey is Content Regulation Manager for THUS plc within the Cable and Wireless Group
Hamish Macleod is consultant to the Mobile Broadband Group consisting of O2, Orange, T-mobile, Virgin, Vodafone and 3
Non-industry Board Members:
Sir Rodney Brooke is Chair of the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education.
No other members have financial interests as defined above
