Mark Gracey
Mark Gracey is Regulatory Manager for THUS in the Cable and Wireless Group. Mark has been with THUS for more than a decade and is responsible for Internet and telecoms regulation, liaison with law enforcement and data protection and general compliance under the THUS and Demon brands.He is responsible for all aspects of industry regulation, including being responsible for dealing with complaints about content carried on THUS's servers, lobbying Government departments and working with industry and law enforcement agencies as well as with regulators like Ofcom.
His work involves active roles in a range of industry forums including ISPA and UKCCIS. He is also the THUS representative on the Internet Watch Foundation Funding Council and an IWF Board member. He chairs the ISPA Liability subgroup and sits on ISPA Council.
Mark graduated in 1991 with a BSc (Hons) Degree in Computer Science and has an LLM in Computer and Communications Law.
