To ensure the Hotline provides a comprehensive service to the Public, Service Providers and Law Enforcement Staff.

Liaise with mobile network operators, mobile manufacturers and fixed internet service providers to keep abreast of the technological capabilities and advances in their product ranges |

Contribute to relevant inter-agency partnerships addressing online child abuse issues |

Identify and report on evident trends in online paedophile behaviour |

Monitor and report on advances in encryption techniques that may be used by paedophiles on the public networks |

To improve our dialogue with the Police and their specific sections and to work closely with them on all issues that are within our remit
